BASIC PACKAGE

Quick Facts

  • Ultimate Package is available to include more vendors, including but not limited to DJ, food, bar, charter bus, and photographer.  It is completely customizable to your needs.  Check it out here!

  • The Brown Barn seats up to 150 for a reception using long tables, 100 using round tables and up to 200 for a ceremony.  The Brown Barn is completely climate controlled and is handicap accessible. The downstairs of the barn includes two restrooms, one dressing room, a room with a refrigerator, and an open space for serving and small events. The upstairs of the barn includes two restrooms and a loft above the restrooms. The rest of the upstairs is open for events. 

  • The Shed seats up to 240 for a reception using long table and 190 using round tables. The Shed is also climate controlled and twice the square footage of the Brown Barn.  It is an open space that can be set up to your specifications for the event.

  • Livengood’s Barn provides the DJ and bar services for your event, but does not require other certain vendors be used. You may bring in your own food, with proper insurance, or use licensed caterers. 

  • The grounds may be used for an outdoor ceremony. There is a wood beam arbor on the lawn that can be used for ceremonies, with the pond and timber in the background. Bales or bales with planks are available for seating, if needed. 

  • There is a pond with dock on the property that is a great location for pictures. NO swimming is allowed in the pond. A swing set and slide are also on the property. 

  • Down payments vary based on the packages decided upon.  The payments are as follows:

    • Basic and Premium:  25% of the payment is due upon signing the contract, 25% due 6 months prior to the event and the remainder due one month prior to the event.  

    • Ultimate Package:  $2,500 due upon signing the contract, $4,300 due 6 months prior to the event and the remiander (Based upon dinner costs) due one month prior to the event.

  • Livengood's Barn does not provide decorations, food, beverages, or other special amenities for your event, unless the contract package specifically states it does.  

  • White Lights stay up in the barn for every event. We are happy to help you find everything that you need! 

  • Livengood's Barn is a working farm. Cows and calves that are on pasture and the fencing are not to be disturbed.

  • Pricing subject to change without notice. 

  • Security deposit may be used with events with alcohol.

We now accept cash, checks, Venmo and credit cards.  

Credit card payments will include an additional 3% processing fee.

Venmo payments will include an additional 1.5% processing fee.
